The Whereself exercise was developed by Frank Corrigan as an essential practice for safe and effective DBR Therapy. A practice that supports a state of grounded awareness of being here, now, in your body. Many people find the Where-Self practice invaluable, yet also discover it can be difficult to access or sustain alone.

These sessions were created to support this essential foundational practice outside of therapy sessions and trainings. Whether you are a client wanting gentle support in between sessions or a DBR-trained therapist wanting to deepen your own presence.

The Gentle Ground – Come As You Are Online Circles
For Clients & Community (Pyjamas welcome)
You know how important your Where-Self practice is for safe and effective DBR, however sometimes it’s hard to practice the Where-Self on your own — so we’ve created a space to help with that.
Weekly guided Where-Self practice sessions online. And yes, you can come in your pyjamas! Feel free to have your camera turned on or off. A gentle, nurturing space to settle your nervous system, reconnect, and practice this essential grounding practice between Deep Brain Reorienting sessions. A weekly evening “wind-down” group offering a grounding pause for body and mind. These practices are not intended to replace therapy, but rather to support your therapeutic journey.
Come as you are, and leave feeling more resourced, grounded, and connected.
We recommend checking in with your DBR Therapist regarding your readiness before joining a Where-Self group practice.
