Li Davis (she/her)

Beach Waves

Hello, I am Li. I am a counselling psychologist with a deep commitment to helping individuals heal from the effects of childhood trauma and reclaim their emotional well-being. I specialise in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), two innovative approaches that have shown profound effectiveness in transforming the brain’s response to trauma.

It is my mission to support adults who are ready to confront their past, heal, and move forward with renewed strength and clarity. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can begin to heal and develop a new relationship with yourself and your past.

Li is currently available to provide telehealth appointments to adults

My Approach

I take a holistic, trauma-informed approach to therapy, recognising the deep connection between our mind, body, and emotions. My work is grounded in scientific research and guided by the understanding that trauma can manifest not just in our thoughts, but in our physical and neurological systems as well.

My practice is tailored to each individual, helping them uncover the roots of their pain and facilitating healing at both the conscious and subconscious levels. I work with clients to not only resolve past trauma but also build healthier coping mechanisms, self-compassion, and resilience for the future.
